Consultant Support

Dear Fellow ITE Member Consultant and Vendor:
On behalf of the Local Arrangements Committee (LAC) for the 2019 Northeastern District Annual Meeting to be held on May 8 through 10 in New Haven, Connecticut, I would like to welcome you and your firm to participate in sponsoring the exciting technical programs, social events and networking opportunities that are now being planned for the Annual Meeting. The 2019 Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with the meeting of the ITE International Board of Directors (IBOD) and will feature a full technical program, training and an exciting social program that will showcase the cultural offerings of New Haven, affectionately known as the Elm City. This year the IBOD meeting will overlap with the District Annual Meeting on the first day and, therefore, we are projecting a larger than usual attendance for this District meeting. With this in mind, the LAC is developing an expanded meeting program that will feature new and exciting additions to the traditional meeting offerings. In order to advance these efforts, we are initiating the consultant support request earlier than previous District meetings.

Please find the attached letter and support forms below.

We are planning a full program of events, both technical and social, to make this the most eventful meeting we have ever held. This is going to be a great meeting and we hope everyone can attend.

Stay tuned for more information on the technical and social program, as well as how to register!

Finally, we want to thank the Local Arrangements Committee for their help and support.  This meeting wouldn’t be possible without them.
