Vendor Registration Cost: $600

What is included?

  • One Full Conference Registration
  • One 6 foot table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and one single 120VAC hookup
  • Wednesday lunch, exhibits, break refreshments and attendance at welcome reception
  • Thursday breakfast, break refreshments, buffet luncheon, attendance at awards banquet and networking reception
  • Friday breakfast and break refreshments


  • Additional vendor personnel can be added for a cost of $200 each which includes all the meals and social events above. For these registrations, go to the Registration page of the website and select Vendor under the “Registration Type” drop box for the discounted vendor rate .
  • Hotel reservations are not included.
  • Vendor confirmations will be sent once payment is received

Exhibit area info: set up will be Wednesday, May 8th, 9:00 AM till noon, the exhibit area officially opens at 1:00 PM during the first technical session. Teardown will begin after the  break on Friday morning.

Hotel Reservations can be made here. A special conference rate starts at $189 per night.
